Ingredients
- Line a flan tin with shortcrust pastry
- 1/2 lb of creamed mashed potato
- 4oz of grated onion
- 5-6oz of grated cheese
Method
- Mix together the potatoes onion and cheese with a little pepper.
- Spread over the pastry case and level.
- Decorate with slices of tomato and sprinkle with a little basil if liked.
- Bake in a moderate oven Gas 4, 180c, 350f for approx. 35 mins.
