Low Cholesterol Fruit Loaf
- 1 cup of all-bran
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of S.R. flour
- 1/2 cup of sultanas
- Put all-bran and milk in a basin and soak overnight.
- Mix in all the other ingredients the next day.
- Put in a greased loaf tin or similar and bake for 45mins – to 1 hour at 140C or gas mark 1
- This loaf is better if kept a day or so before eating.
