BAKED MINCE – the way the scots make it. A.K.
- 12oz mince + salt and pepper
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of milk
Method
- Peel and chop onion and apple
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Put in a greased pie dish and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees C or 170C fan oven.
Including an apple in the recipe make the mince a lot easier to digest.
